Ubaldo Jimenez recently signed a four year contract with the Baltimore Orioles. His four year, 50 million dollar deal is proving that the O’s want to make a better season. After the month of May last season Jimenez posted a 2.47 ERA with a 9.4 strikeout ratio.
Jimenez signing that leaves a few all-star pitchers left. I’m curious if Ervin Santana will sign with the Blue Jays or the Seattle Mariners. If the M’s sign Santana that will make a excellent starting pitching lineup. It would solidify the lineup. Also give Walker and Paxton, If they make the starting lineup out of spring training. A comfort zone and more experience from veteran pitchers.
